Engage, facilitate and manage movers, tele-data/AV, security and furniture vendors.

Closely manages the procurement process and competitively bidding all subcontract trades.

Manages a thorough submittal process – communicating long lead items and how they could potentially impact schedule.

Collaborate with architect, engineers, landlords and tenant to establish acceptable standards for all aspects of the project.

Moderate weekly project meetings with architects, clients and building management to update project schedule.

Diligent with project close-out and punchlist, ensuring the tenant moves on-time. Utilizing PlanGrid software to manage and distribute the punchlist with entire project team.

Service work includes anything from changing out a lockset, carpet and paint, to sub-lease alterations, etc.
