Construction is in his blood. Dan's uncle owned a concrete company for 25 years, so he has always had a passion for the industry and realized at a young age that it was something he wanted to be involved in.  The start of his construction career began when he decided in the summer before his senior year of college to work for Southland Concrete. He did not start as a project engineer, or intern, but as a laborer.  Dan worked outside in the field helping carpenters to bring material to build concrete columns.  Ultimately, he got to the point where he had a crew of carpenters to bring material to him to build/assemble forms.  Southland Concrete only lasted one summer but the experience and work ethic still drive him today.

After graduating college, he began his career in general contracting, as a Project Engineer.  Within the first month, he knew he found the right career path.  After years working for a reputable general contractor, he moved on to Project Management for a commercial real estate brokerage firm.  Collaborating side-by-side with commercial real estate brokers and better understanding the leasing/pre-construction process, he felt much more equipped to take on bigger challenges.
